Shipping & Returns

At Mode Living, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (see exclusions below).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be purchased directly from www.mode-living.com
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition
• Include the original packaging and packing slip

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Items that are defective or shipped in error are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with this policy.

MODE-LIVING.COM RETURN PROCESS

1. Email info@mode-living.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Please wait for confirmation before shipping your return.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging, including the original packing slip.
3. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (such as receiving the incorrect item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and retaining your shipping receipt. Mode Living is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

All items purchased during a sale, clearance event, or marked as Final Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.

PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS

If your Mode Living product was purchased through another retailer or marketplace and not directly from www.mode-living.com, please get in touch with the original retailer regarding their return policy.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

For wholesale return requests, please contact info@mode-living.com for authorization and instructions. Additional terms, including applicable restocking fees, may apply.

 

Shipping Policy:

At Mode Living, we try our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders received by 11 AM EST will go out the same day or next day, and orders received later go out in 1-2 days.

Standard shipping is ground, and complimentary for orders over $100. We provide tracking numbers when orders are shipped. Delivery times shown below are for in-stock merchandise only. We are not responsible for delays that may be caused by carriers.
