Shipping & Returns

At Mode Living, we stand behind our products, our service, and you, our customer. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges for your order within 14 days of purchase and with corresponding packing slip (see below for exclusions). Final sale items are non-returnable. Returns or exchanges must be in the original unwashed, and undamaged condition. We pride ourselves on quality merchandise and will accept any defective merchandise or incorrectly received item for return or exchange.

- Email us at info@mode-living.com that you would like to make a return, including the reason for the return or exchange
- Repack the product in its original packaging along with the original packing slip

For information regarding wholesale returns, please contact info@modeliving.com; please note a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and must be within 14 days.

General Merchandise Policy:
Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless an item is defective or an incorrect item was received.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Mode Living is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

 

Shipping Policy:

At Mode Living, we try our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders received by 11 AM EST will go out the same day or next day, and orders received later go out in 1-2 days.

Standard shipping is ground, and complimentary for orders over $100. We provide tracking numbers when orders are shipped. Delivery times shown below are for in-stock merchandise only. We are not responsible for delays that may be caused by carriers.
